The air supply mode of single-chamber incinerator and two-stage controlled gas incinerator is different.
For single-chamber incinerator, the air supply mode of combustion air can be divided into two types: upper air supply and lower air supply. Generally, the excess air is added between 100% and 300%, that is, the air ratio is between 2.0 and 4.0.
For two-stage controlled gas incinerator, 70%~80% theoretical air volume is added in the first combustion chamber, and 140%~200% of theoretical air volume is made up in the second combustion chamber.Since the first combustion chamber is anoxic combustion, increasing the air flow will increase the combustion temperature.But the second chamber is superoxide combustion, and increasing the flow of air lowers the combustion temperature.Secondary air is mostly sprayed from both sides to accelerate indoor air mixing and turbulence.
Theoretically speaking, there is little difference between forced ventilation system and suction system.The air suction system has the advantage of avoiding the leakage of incineration smoke, but because the system often contains acid gas generated by incineration, the corrosion of the equipment must be considered.
