       Mitsui incinerator manufacturer reminds incinerator operators, technicians and management personnel to carry out relevant laws and regulations, professional technology, safety protection, emergency treatment and other theoretical knowledge and operational skills training.

1.The training content should include the following aspects:
(1)Familiar with the laws and regulations of hazardous waste management;
(2) understand the hazardous waste knowledge;
(3) make clear the safety and health treatment of hazardous waste and the importance of environmental protection;
(4) familiar with the classification and packaging labels of hazardous waste;
(5) familiar with the operation process of hazardous waste incineration plant;
(6) master the knowledge of the use of labor safety protection facilities and equipment and personal hygiene measures;
(7) Familiar with the emergency operation procedures for dealing with leakage and other accidents.
2. The training of operators and technicians for hazardous waste incineration and disposal shall also include:
(1) the specific operation of receiving, handling, storing and feeding hazardous waste and the safe operation of ash and slag treatment;
(2) the normal operation of the disposal equipment, including the start and shut down of the equipment;
(3) control, alarm and indication system operation and inspection, and necessary corrective operation;
(4) the optimal operating temperature, pressure, combustion air volume, and conditions to keep the equipment in good operation;
(5) hazardous waste incineration disposal emissions should meet the technical requirements;
(6)Check and eliminate the running fault of the equipment;
(7) manual operation and accident handling in case of accident or emergency;
(8)Equipment daily and regular maintenance;
(9) operation and maintenance records of equipment, and records and reports of leakage accidents and other events;
       The attending technicians should grasp the relevant theoretical knowledge of the incineration of hazardous waste and the basic principle of the disposal equipment.
