1. Multi-step grate furnace

3. The converter
       The reverse converter incineration system is derived from the reverse forging kiln design of refractory brick fabric which has been widely used in cement industry.The waste is sent from the front end of the rotating kiln, which is askew and slowly rotating. By means of rotating speed, the waste traveling speed is controlled, so that the boring, incineration and ash cooling process is completed in the forward transport process of the waste reversing kiln, and the ash after cooling is discharged from the bottom of the kiln.Invert kiln whole furnace body can be composed of cooling water pipes and perforated steel plate welding constitute a barrel shape, also can be composed of steel drum internal installed fire lining, furnace body to the bottom askew, bonus boring burning and burning three sections, and by the front and rear two extra wheel support.The extra wheel is supported by four rollers, and the wheel is driven by sprocket wheel to rotate the furnace body. The waste on the furnace body gets excellent turning and forward transportation due to rotation. The preheated air passes through the perforated steel plate at the bottom to the kiln, so that the waste can be completely incinerated.
